Monday: Veggie Pizza with WW crust

Tuesday: Baked Apple Gingerbread Pancakes with Molasses Cinnamon Syrup

Wednesday: Beany Chili

Thursday: Salmon Cakes, Potatoes and Frozen Veggies

Friday: Lentil Brown Rice Casserole

Saturday: Leftovers

Sunday: Homemade chicken nuggets and homemade french fries

This week I also have to make a bunch of pureed squash for a baby food exchange and some desserts/snacky things for our lifegroup social Tuesday night. Good things I enjoy spending time in the kitchen!
